【工作职责】
1、  协助recruiter进行总部多个核心业务部门的社招工作，包括但不限于简历筛选、面试邀约、猎头对接、招聘信息发布与更新、拓展招聘渠道，独立进行首轮电话沟通和面试，协助复试工作开展；
2、  独立开展多个部门的实习生招聘工作；
3、  对接数字科技部招聘进展情况，并进行数据分析；
4、  参与地产行业人才地图摸排项目，协助开展研发人员的mapping工作。
5、 人力资源部根据情况适时给予具有挑战性的相关工作。

【任职资格】
1、本科及以上在校学生，大三、大四、研一、研二优先；管理类相关专业优先。
2、积极主动，有责任心，有耐心，做事细致，抗压能力较强，为人踏实，做事靠谱。
3、熟悉office各办公软件的操作。

【实习收获】
1、真实体验企业白领的工作内容，不是简单的走马观花打打杂，我们将按照正式员工的标准对待你；
2、一对一职业导师带领，快速具备企业需要的人力资源各项基础能力；
3、享受公司提供的各项员工培训课程，全方位提升自己；

【实习要求】
1、三个月以上，每周保证少四天的全职实习（五天更好）
2、实习地点：北京市朝阳区北辰西路8号北辰世纪中心A座11层
3、实习待遇：本科生100/天，硕士120/天（税后）
